Spirit Body Healing
When I give a Spirit Healing, it is done hand in hand with the Angels and the Master Teachers. I am given guidance and
instructions both before, and throughout a healing. I never question the Angels
or Master Teachers. Their compassion and wisdom are amazing, and absolutely
unquestionable.
A Spirit Healing is work on the Spirit body (the Aura and Chakras) to find and repair and damage and imbalances. These Healings are helpful for balancing the emotional state.
If your emotions are out of balance due to trauma, sudden change, or grief this type of healing can be a good place to start.
My distance aura healing is a little different than most psychic healers. Usually in distance healing, the healer sends the healing energy to you from a distance. (Which works perfectly well, time and space do not exist in the eyes of Spirit). In my healing work, I travel too you (In my sleep) and do the healing work there.
During these sessions, my clairvoyance works just as it does in a reading, only I put it too use by focusing on your aura and Chakras. Your aura is very much part of you. It is part of your energy body. You effect your aura, and your aura effects you. It is your energetic imprint, what you feel like to others. (When you like, or do not like someone's "vibe" you are reacting to their aura).
A healthy aura is flowing (auras move constantly) with bright colors. Bright colors represent positive feelings and attributes: happiness, intelligence, peace. Darker colors represent energies, thoughts and emotions we usually do not want. Anger, fear, and depression, included.
These darker energies can enter the aura two ways, by unconsciously mirroring other people, or from creating them ourselves. Usually, when we pick up someone else's energy it is not a problem. They are grouchy, and we are grouchy with them. We part company, and it passes.
If I become angry with someone, it will show in my aura. That's part of human existence.
It also passes.
Yet, if I become extremely angry, or hang on to that anger, obsessing and plotting revenge...then I have inadvertently created a big dark red spot in my aura. Now that I have that dark red spot stuck in my energy field. I can come in contact with that energy (anger) inadvertently. Like attracts like and that counts for auras, double! Let say I get stuck in traffic. Instead of becoming mildly annoyed as I usually do in traffic, I become unusually angry....because I am being effected by that red dark spot. My irritation was multiplied by the anger that what was already in my aura.
The same can happen with peace, love, and joy. This is why positive thoughts are so important!
What I see during a aura healing is colors and other symbols in the aura and the Chakras. The Master Teachers always have me focus on the area that is most in need of healing. Most of the time I know what colors and symbols mean right away. Sometimes I talk to the symbols and colors so I can get a better picture of what is going on.
I often see miniature movies, that play out a scene. These movies will often tell the story of the root problem, or the original problem. Most importantly, they tell me what needs to be healed first and for most. By your working on this area, is how you will see the most improvement in your mood and your life.

At first your root Chakra looks small and closed. "Look at her root Chakra." The Angels say. When I look closer, it has teeth, long sharp teeth, and it is chewing. "What are you doing? Why do you have teeth?" I ask. "Because I am eating myself alive." It says.
In your root Chakra a movie starts playing: A two year old child in a crib has wet herself. She is being yelled at by her mother for wetting herself. Her mother's verbal punishment is loud and long. This scene goes on for a while. The child is crying, feeling very sad, and alone. She is starting to feel shame for wetting herself. The child becomes angry. I see she is unable to process this anger at her mother, so she turns it on herself. This is when the root Chakra starts to turn anger on the self.
Lynn confirmed for me that this painful scene did take place, but she had never told anyone about it. As a child she had been left alone in her crib, with not one to help her out of it, or to her training potty. She had wet herself without choice. When her mother returned to the home and found out, she was very angry with Lynn.
As an adult Lynn suffered from an eating disorder. (Eating herself alive). She also held herself to a nearly impossible standard, being very hard to herself when she made a mistake. Sadly, she has self destructive tendencies, that she was aware of. As an adult, Lynn was still turning that anger on herself in thought an behavior. For her, working on her root Chakra was her homework. It was also suggested she get professional help for her internalized anger and self esteem.
For Rowena, her Aura healing was more symbolic, and more focused her challenges of the present day.

They told me to look at your heart Chakra and I did.
It was small, with a hard substance around it, almost like rock was growing over the outside. I removed that substance, and inside was a little you. She was running from one side of the heart to the other saying, "I don't know what to do, I don't know what to do."
I took her out and held her in my hands. I was not sure what to do with her, so I held her up to God to ask him what I should do. When I did she looked up and yelled at him: "You expect too much from me! What do you want me to do now?" And God leaned down and smiled on her, and blew on her. She turned into a yellow butterfly at the touch of God's breath. I put the butterfly back in your heart.
Then the Angel Haniel came, and told me she would take it from here. She said, "This is private."
Rowena had suffered a terrible loss a few years prior, and was not surprised about the hard substance around her heart, or yelling at God. She said some days she felt like that.
She told me that she worked with the Angel Haniel herself, prior to this healing.
An Aura Healing comes with homework! I will clear you of all energy or blockages that the Angels and Master teachers tell me too. But, the real healing work is done by you. Usually the homework is as simple as balancing a Chakra, (which I will give you instructions and guidance on). But, sometimes it is taking your transcripts and heading to a good mental health professional.
