Experiment: Light Work Versus Worry; The Results

I have to give this one a BIG thumbs up: Change Your Aura, Change Your Life by Barbara Y. Martin.

I did very well the days I used the light to work on my worry habit. When I skipped days, I really felt it. Its an easy book to work with, the only trick is you have to make the time! I find that I am using it 20 minutes to an hour a day to feel the results.  I also found (as she states) the longer you work with it, the longer lasting the results.

I recommend this book for anyone wanting to change their world and life. She covers everything from depression to poverty.

On a side note, she teaches a techniques to clear objects. Most of us know, a piece of jewelry, or any object can carry an emotional imprint on it. I had a bracelet that was full of fear and confusion. I could feel it when I picked it up, and could not wear it at all. If I put it on, I would instantly feel afraid and confused.

I used Barbara’s Technique, which involves holding the object, and channeling the light into it.

I could feel the energy moving through my hand. When I was done….the bracelet was completely clear! The is now not emotional imprint at all, and I wore it all night.

I must have sat there with that bracelet in my hand saying “This is so cool” for a good ten minutes. I have experienced some pretty neat things in my life, and that was one of the tops!

If you are fighting the worry habit, please try it. I also recommend meditation for excessive worry. Meditation is one the the most powerful tools we have every been given for improving our emotional or mental states.

 Have a Great Weekend Everyone!

Experiment: Light Work Versus Worry

After a few days of using Barbara Y. Marrin’s technique to work on easing my worry habit, I think it is starting to work.

Last night when it was time for bed, I only checked to make sure the window was locked, once. Usually I check it half a dozen times. Worries do not seem to “stick” to me as much. I still have them, but, they are not staying with me all day. There seems to be an improvement!
