Experiment: Light Work Versus Worry

After a few days of using Barbara Y. Marrin’s technique to work on easing my worry habit, I think it is starting to work. 

Last night when it was time for bed, I only checked to make sure the window was locked, once. Usually I check it half a dozen times. Worries do not seem to “stick” to me as much. I still have them, but, they are not staying with me all day. There seems to be an improvement!

    Yes, this does seem to be an improvement. If you keep practicing these techniques, it may totally erase any of your worry habits.
